Youth Athletic Training – Summer Sessions

Back by popular demand for summer sessions! This program will increase your child’s coordination, power, balance and strength by learning proper techniques and form to prevent injuries. Children will perform functional lifts with body weight, resistance and other appropriate loads. This program is not sport specific. Youth Athletic Training builds a strong foundation by developing basic movements for strength, conditioning and agility. Limited to 8 athletes per session. Register at online or in person at Twinsburg Fitness Center by June 1st.

AGES: 8-13

SESSIONS: All sessions are 45 minutes long.
– Mondays (6/10-7/22), 8:30 AM
– Tuesdays (6/11-7/23), 8:30 AM
– Wednesdays (6/12-7/24), 8:30 AM
– Thuesdays (6/13-8/1), 8:30 AM | *No Class 7/4*

COST: Includes all 7 sessions!
