Youth Athletic Training

We’re proud to announce a brand new program, Youth Athletic Training with Taylor Burns! This program will increase your child’s coordination, power, balance and strength by learning proper techniques and form to prevent injuries. Children will perform functional lifts with body weight, resistance and other appropriate loads. It is not sport specific. Youth Athletic Training is to build a strong foundation by developing basic movements for strength, conditioning and agility.

The programs is open to members and nonmembers 8-13 years old. Sign up by January 31st at the front desk or

SESSIONS: Tuesdays (2/5-3/19) from 4:30-5:15 PM or Thursdays (2/7-3/21) from 4:30-5:15 PM
COST: Annual Members – $37, Monthly Members – $49, District Residents – $61, Nonresidents – $73
