Twinsburg Fitness Center

Basketball Court opens Thursday, June 25 at the Fitness Center. One court, with 3 hoops, will be available Mon-Fri 10a-1p & 4p-7p; Sat. 11:30a-2:30p. Ages 14 and up with valid membership. No drop-ins or guests permitted at this time. Each hoop will be available for only 4 participants for shooting and drills only. NO games will be permitted. Participants must bring their own ball and remain 6 feet apart. We will not allow loitering and congregating at the court. Normal Teen Policy is in effect that states no one under the age of 16 is permitted in the facility after 4:30p without a parent. Anyone not following the social distancing guidelines set forth will be asked to leave the facility.

Fitness Class Update:  Starting the week of June 22nd, we will start our slow return to exercise classes with Peggy. Join Peggy for Power Circuit (Weds 9a-10a), Step Interval (Thurs 6p-7p), and Triple Threat (Sat. 9a-10a). Each class will be limited to the first 15 members. Reserve a spot online by log into your online account or calling 330-405-5757.  If you need help creating an online account, then please give us a call.  As instructors become more comfortable teaching classes and as guidelines become more relaxed, we will continue to add more classes.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all TFC Membership Reactivations, new TFC Memberships, and Waterpark Memberships must be purchased during these times.
You cannot purchase a Waterpark Membership at the Waterpark or Community Center at this time. Waterpark will open June 15.

No 24/7 access – all current 24/7 members, will be credited this fee to their Parks and Recreation account.
Open to current members 14 yrs and older.
No drop-ins or guests.
Current members who are 13 yrs and younger will have their membership ‘frozen’.
Members who are able, but not ready to return to the gym will automatically remain ‘frozen’.

Those looking to purchase new memberships, must do so during the Customer Service Hours to complete the necessary paperwork.

Members must maintain 6 feet social distance from other members/staff.

(If you are ready to reactivate, then please fill out the form and return it.  If you do not wish to reactivate your membership at this time, then you don’t need to do anything.  We will continue to freeze your membership for now.)

While using the track, social distancing must be maintained at all times.  No walking side by side or in small groups.  Six feet between all track users, unless from the same household.

Water fountains will be limited to touch-free bottle filling units only.  Members are encouraged to bring their own filled water bottles.

Locker rooms – Lockers and shower facilities are unavailable.  Restrooms and sinks are open.  Members are encourage to limit personal items as lockers will be locked.

In addition to facility staff cleaning, all members are expected to sanitize all equipment BEFORE and AFTER use.  This includes everything you touch (and things that aren’t normal sanitized by members), including:  dumbbells, mats, benches, bars, cardio screens, etc.  Each member will receive a sanitize spray bottle and cloth to use during their workout.  These spray bottles will be cleaned in between members workout.

All members must wash hands upon entering the facility.  Restrooms are available immediately inside the main entrance.

All members are encouraged to wear face coverings, based on activity.

New security measures have been installed at the front desk.   Scanning of the member’s ReCard will unlock the main security gate and allow entrance to the facility.  Members who allow additional people in or use someone else’s ReCard will be subject to removal from the facility and loss of membership without refund.

The location of all equipment meets the CDC social distancing requirements.  Members must not move any equipment from its new location.


Please be patient during these unprecedented times. We understand things are different and might seem tedious but we just want to keep you, other members, and our staff safe.  If you have any concerns or need to provide feedback, then please address one of the managers. 


As safety guidelines expand, we will move to further ‘re-opening’ of the Fitness Center. 

This will include drop in visits, exercise classes, personal training, opening rooms within the building, increased hours of operations, etc.
