During customer service hours, patrons can take care of all their in-person needs. This includes re-activating a frozen membership, sign up for a new membership, register in person for a program/class, tour the facility, make a payment, etc.
Group Fitness Classes
While operating under the Covid-19 guidelines, we will limited fitness classes with several new guidelines. All patrons must wear a mask to and from class. Please bring your own filled water bottle. Do not arrive more than 15 minutes before class as we want to reduce gatherings. All patrons must disinfect all equipment used before and after use. Some classes have capacity limits and therefore must be registered for in advance. Patrons can register by calling 330-405-5757 or ONLINE. Online is very convenient and fairly simple. Just call us to set up your online account at 330-405-5757. The Fitness Class Schedule changes monthly. Also, please ‘like’ us on facebook for the most up-to-date class information.
Starting Monday, August 17th, members of all ages are welcome to play basketball during the Open Basketball Times. Monday-Friday 2-4:30pm, Saturday 12:30-2:30p. All basketball players must bring their own basketball and observe the social distancing guidelines. Those players under the ages of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (on the court) at all times. If you are not a current member, then you must reactivate / restart their membership. Masks must be worn upon entering and leaving the facility, but not while actively playing basketball or in the pool.
All other days/times: One court, with 3 hoops, is available for all members ages 14 and up with a valid membership. No drop-ins or guests permitted at this time. Each hoop will be available for only 4 participants for shooting and drills only. NO games will be permitted. We will not allow loitering and congregating at the court. Normal Teen Policy is in effect that states no one under the age of 16 is permitted in the facility after 4:30p without a parent. Anyone not following the social distancing guidelines set forth will be asked to leave the facility.
Under the Covid19 guidelines, the swimming pool is only available for those 14 years and older outside of the Open Swim times. Open Swimming for all ages occurs Monday-Friday 2:00p-4:30p and Saturdays 12:30p-2:30p.
Masks must be worn at all times, except when actively exercising and playing sports.
No 24/7 access – all current 24/7 members, will be credited this fee to their Parks and Recreation account.
Open to current members 14 yrs and older.
No drop-ins or guests.
Current members who are 13 yrs and younger will have their membership ‘frozen’.
Members who are able, but not ready to return to the gym will automatically remain ‘frozen’.
Those looking to purchase new memberships, must do so during the Customer Service Hours to complete the necessary paperwork.
Members must maintain 6 feet social distance from other members/staff.

If you do not wish to reactivate your membership at this time, then you don’t need to do anything. We will continue to freeze your membership for now.)

No vending machines
While using the track, social distancing must be maintained at all times. No walking side by side or in small groups. Six feet between all track users, unless from the same household.
Water fountains will be limited to touch-free bottle filling units only. Members are encouraged to bring their own filled water bottles.
Locker rooms – Lockers and shower facilities are unavailable. Restrooms and sinks are open. Members are encourage to limit personal items as lockers will be locked.
In addition to facility staff cleaning, all members are expected to sanitize all equipment BEFORE and AFTER use. This includes everything you touch (and things that aren’t normal sanitized by members), including: dumbbells, mats, benches, bars, cardio screens, etc. Each member will receive a sanitize spray bottle and cloth to use during their workout. These spray bottles will be cleaned in between members workout.
All members must wash hands upon entering the facility. Restrooms are available immediately inside the main entrance.
New security measures have been installed at the front desk. Scanning of the member’s ReCard will unlock the main security gate and allow entrance to the facility. Members who allow additional people in or use someone else’s ReCard will be subject to removal from the facility and loss of membership without refund.
The location of all equipment meets the CDC social distancing requirements. Members must not move any equipment from its new location.
